Apricot Balls



 Perfect for kids lunchboxes, and morning/afternoon tea!

Nut Free | Wheat Free | Dairy Free | Soy Free | Sugar Free


Ingredients
400g dried apricots
1/2 cup shredded coconut
1/2 cup oats
2 Tablespoons Eskal Freenut Butter *
3 Tablespoons Coconut Palm Nectar**
2 tablespoons Original DariFree ***
1 Tablespoons Chia Seeds
Pinch Sea Salt
 
Method
Place all ingredients into the food processor. Process until smooth or the
desired consistency. Roll into balls. Refrigerate.
The darker balls in the picture, I rolled in cacao/macca powder for a bit
more nutrition and yumminess
 
Makes aprox 36 balls.
 
 
* Eskal freenut Butter
 A delicious alternative to peanut butter for those who have nut allergies.
Made from sunflower seeds. Available in most supermarkets.

** Coconut Palm Nectar
I bought this from the health food store. It's a delicious and nutritious way to replace sugar.
Low in GI ~low in fructose.
You can replace with honey.

 - Optional, I use it to add more calcium into our diet due to not having any dairy.
DariFree is a nutritional dairy alternative, it comes in Chocolate or Original flavour.
