Ingredients

cup Freedom Foods Rice Puffs

½
tblspn raw cacao powder
·
1
cup Eskal Free nut butter
·
½
cup honey
·
½
tspn vanilla extract
·
¾
cup ground allowable seeds (sunflower, peppita’s, flaxseed, sesame,)
·
½
cup coconut
·
½
cup Enjoy Life mini choc chips
·
½
cup raisins, finely chopped
Method
1.
Pulse
rice puffs in a food processor until they turn into crumbs. Place the crumbs in
a medium sized bowl. Add raw cacao powder and stir until well combined. Set
aside.
2.
Add
Free nut butter, honey, vanilla and ground seeds to food processor. Pulse until
all ingredients are combined and smooth. Remove and place into another bowl.
3.
Add
coconut, choc chips and fruit. Stir until well combined. The mixture should
resemble a thick dough. *If dough is too sticky, add some more seeds or
coconut. If dough is too dry add more honey or Free nut butter.
4.
Using
approximately a tblspoon of the mixture, roll dough into small balls. Roll
balls into the cacao crumb mix. Gently toss until well coated.
5.
Remove
and place balls on a plate or tray. Repeat until all the dough has been used
up.
6.
Refrigerate
balls until firm.
